Handels Messiah, presented at the Lake Kawana Centre, saw a near capacity audience thilled by Oriana's mesmerising interpretation of the Christmas favourite. Joined by a chamber orchestra comprised of some of Queensland's most talented musicians, and soloists Elisabeth Wallis Gaedtke, Cassandra Seidemann, Martin Paroz and Sam Hartley, the concert was a fitting end to a busy 2011.

Oriana Presents the Movies – Songs from the Screen, held on the 13th and 14th of August, 2011, highlighted movie music from the past eighty years and included such seminal hits as Fame, Wind Beneath My Wings, My Heart Will Go On and Eye of the Tiger. Featuring the Sunshine Coast Oriana Choir, Oriana Youth Choir and talented soloists, the concert was a huge success and was a major fundraising event adding considerable funds to our overseas tour coffers! A great time was had by all!
